Acceptable Use Policy

1. Stay within the law

You may not use Puranode for anything illegal, or to host, store or transmit content that is unlawful in Lithuania, the EU, or the jurisdiction your users are in. You are responsible for the legality of everything on your services.

2. Strictly prohibited

• Child sexual abuse material — zero tolerance; reported to the authorities immediately.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other intellectual property you do not have the right to use.
• Malware, ransomware, phishing kits, botnet command-and-control, or tools designed to attack others.
• Launching or participating in denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks, port scanning, or unauthorised access to other systems.
• Spam and bulk unsolicited messaging, including via hosted bots or mail.
• Content that promotes terrorism, incites violence, or targets people with harassment or hate.
• Fraud, phishing, or impersonation of others.

3. Protect the network

Do not run workloads that destabilise shared infrastructure or unfairly degrade service for other customers. Sustained resource abuse, and crypto-mining where it is not expressly permitted by your plan, are not allowed. Use the resources you ordered for their intended purpose.

4. Games, mods & bots

You are responsible for the mods, plugins, code and bots you install, and for following the terms of the game publishers and third-party services you connect to. Do not use Puranodeto break another platform's rules, cheat against other players in ways that harm them, or evade bans.

5. Reselling

You may host services for your own community or clients, but you may not resell raw Puranode capacity as if it were your own infrastructure without our written agreement.

6. What happens if this policy is breached

Depending on the severity, we may warn you, throttle or suspend the affected service, remove the offending content, or terminate your account. For serious or illegal activity we may act immediately and without notice, preserve evidence, and report to the relevant authorities.

7. Reporting abuse

If you believe a Puranode service is being used in breach of this policy, please report it to [email protected] with as much detail as you can. We take every report seriously.
