Billing & pricing — FAQ
Is VAT included in these prices?
Yes. Every price shown is in euro and includes VAT, so €5.99 means €5.99 at checkout. Nothing is added on the final step. EU businesses with a valid VAT number can request a 0% reverse-charge invoice — you pay the same amount, and the invoice shows the reverse charge.
Will my price go up at renewal?
No. The price you sign up at is the price you renew at. There is no promotional first term that jumps in month two, which is the most common trap in hosting. If we ever change list pricing, existing servers keep the price they were bought at.
Is there a contract, setup fee or cancellation fee?
None of the three. Billing runs every 30 days, there is no minimum term, and you can cancel from the panel at any time without a fee.
How does the wallet balance work?
You add credit to your account by card, and your servers draw from that balance each time they renew. It means a failed card never silently kills your server mid-month — you can see exactly how much runway you have. Unused credit can be refunded to your original card on request.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card payments through Stripe. Puranode never sees or stores your card number — Stripe handles it end to end.
Can I get a refund?
Unused wallet credit is refundable to your original card on request. See the refunds and cancellation page for the full policy, including how we handle a server that genuinely does not work.
