Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Puranode is operated by MB VARIANTAI, a company registered in Lithuania, European Union (company code 306133252, VAT LT100016340412). In these terms, "we", "us" and "Puranode" mean MB VARIANTAI; "you" means the person or organisation using our services.

2. Eligibility & your account

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use Puranode. You agree to provide accurate registration details, keep your login credentials secure, and take responsibility for everything that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

3. Our services

We provide game server hosting, AI agent and bot hosting, website hosting, and custom plugin and development work. Service features, resource limits and prices are described on our website and in your control panel and may change over time. Services are provided on an "as available" basis.

4. Payments, credits & renewals

Most services are paid from a prepaid wallet balance ("credits") that you top up in advance. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store your full card details.

Prices are shown in euros and are the same for every customer. If you are buying as a business and need a VAT invoice, you can request one with your company details. Businesses in the EU outside Lithuania with a valid VAT number are invoiced at the 0% rate under the reverse-charge mechanism. Requesting an invoice does not change the amount you pay.

Services renew for further billing periods unless cancelled, and renewals are charged from your wallet. If your balance is insufficient or a payment fails, we may suspend the affected service and, after a reasonable grace period, delete its data. You are responsible for keeping enough balance to cover the services you want to keep.

5. Acceptable use

Your use of Puranode must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and with all applicable laws. We may suspend or remove content or services that breach that policy or that threaten the security, stability or legality of our network.

6. Your content and data

You keep ownership of the files, code, worlds, bots and other content you upload or create. You are responsible for its legality and for having the rights to use it, including any third-party mods, plugins or game content you install. While we provide backup tools, you are responsible for keeping your own copies of anything important.

7. Availability & maintenance

We aim for high availability and run monitored, DDoS-protected infrastructure, but we cannot promise that services will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may carry out maintenance, occasionally with little notice for urgent fixes, and will try to limit disruption.

8. Suspension & termination

You can cancel a service at any time from your control panel; it then runs until the end of the period you have already paid for. We may suspend or terminate services if you materially breach these terms, use the service unlawfully, put our infrastructure or other customers at risk, or fail to pay. Where it is reasonable and lawful to do so, we will give notice first.

9. Intellectual property

The Puranode name, logo, website and software are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. This does not affect your ownership of your own content. For custom development work, ownership of the delivered source code is handed to you as described in the relevant quote.

10. Liability

We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or loss of data beyond our control, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected service in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in our services or the law. We will post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date and, for significant changes, let active customers know. Continuing to use Puranode after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania, and disputes are subject to the competent Lithuanian courts. If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also contact the Lithuanian State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (VVTAT) at vvtat.lt for out-of-court dispute resolution.
