Refunds and cancellation

- Every server includes backups in the panel: one backup slot on game and bot plans, and one, three or five on the Starter, Business and Pro website plans. Start a backup with one click or set a schedule so it runs by itself, and download the file whenever you like. Panel backups hold your server's files, so export any MySQL database separately. Full SFTP access also lets you keep your own copy of everything.
