Privacy Policy
Last updated 30 June 2026 · Operated by MB VARIANTAI
This policy explains what personal data MB VARIANTAI collects when you use Puranode, why we collect it, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Who controls your data
The data controller is MB VARIANTAI (company code 306133252, VAT LT100016340412), registered in Lithuania, European Union. You can reach us about privacy at [email protected].
2. What we collect
- Account data — your name or username, email address and password (stored encrypted).
- Billing data — your wallet balance, orders and invoices. Card payments are handled by our payment provider; we receive confirmation of payment but not your full card number.
- Service data — the servers, bots and content you create, plus technical logs needed to run and secure the service (for example IP addresses, timestamps and resource usage).
- Support data — messages you send us by email, ticket or Discord.
- Website data — basic analytics and essential cookies (see section 7).
3. Why we use it, and our legal basis
- To provide and operate the services you order — performance of our contract with you.
- To take payment, prevent fraud and keep our network secure — legitimate interests and our legal obligations.
- To respond to your support requests — contract and legitimate interests.
- To send service and billing notices — contract. Marketing emails, if any, are sent only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the providers we need to run Puranode, under appropriate data-protection terms — for example our payment processor, our server and network infrastructure providers, and our email delivery provider. We may also disclose data where required by law or to protect our rights, customers or systems.
5. Where your data is processed
Our infrastructure is located in the European Union. If any provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
6. How long we keep it
We keep account and billing records for as long as you have an account and for the period required by accounting and tax law afterwards. Service data and logs are kept only as long as needed to run and secure the service. When you delete a service, its data is removed after a short retention window.
7. Cookies
We use cookies that are strictly necessary to sign you in and keep the site working. With your consent, we also use Google Analytics 4to understand how visitors find and use the site and to measure our advertising. Analytics cookies are set only after you click “Accept” in the cookie banner — declining keeps them off. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, which brings the banner back. Google processes this data on our behalf; see Google's privacy policy. You can also control or block cookies in your browser settings; blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the service from working.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you, and receive a copy;
- have inaccurate data corrected, or incomplete data completed;
- have your data erased, where the law allows;
- restrict or object to certain processing;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw any consent you have given.
To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija) at vdai.lrv.lt.
9. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, access controls and DDoS protection. No system is perfectly secure, so we also encourage you to use a strong, unique password and to keep your own backups.
10. Children
Puranode is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will remove it.
11. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published here with its "last updated" date.
